Abstract
The present study examines the role of Qur'anic guidance in the religious and social training of the law enforcement forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is qualitative and philosophical in nature, utilizing inductive content analysis and a systematic data coding method for information analysis. The findings of the research indicate that Qur'anic guidance encompasses five main categories: the factors promoting the guidance process, the nature of the guidance process, obstacles to the guidance process, those eligible and ineligible for guidance, and the effects associated with guidance. Each of these categories includes a set of components related to divine guidance, ethics, and values that address various aspects of the subject of guidance from the perspective of the Qur'an. The findings suggest that the values and teachings contained in the verses of the Qur'an can play a significant role in shaping the religious identity and social behaviors of these forces. Furthermore, this research delves into the profound connection between religious foundations and social principles in the training of law enforcement personnel, demonstrating how the implementation of these principles can strengthen the spirit of service, ethical conduct, and respect for citizens' rights. The final conclusion of this study indicates that proper utilization of Qur'anic guidance can lead to the development of effective training models for law enforcement personnel, which can be practically implemented in their education system, ultimately enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness in society.
