Abstract
This article aims to theorize and identify the pattern of the culture of self-control of human forces in military organizations based on the teachings of the Quran and using the ijtihad and holistic method of Martyr Seyyed Muhammad Baqir Sadr. The main research method is qualitative and based on thematic interpretation and Quran-based theorizing (inquiry), which Martyr Sadr introduces as a progressive and ijtihad approach for extracting Islamic theories in the humanities. In this research, the central indicators of self-control have been extracted and explained through an in-depth analysis of Quranic verses related to concepts such as piety, patience, perseverance, and responsibility, and their meaningful integration with theoretical and empirical findings in the field of human resource management and the psychology of military organizational behavior. The results show that indicators such as the enhancement and integration of individual and organizational goals, strengthening the deep foundations of spirituality and ethics based on God-consciousness (taqwa), divine and professional responsibility based on taqwa, and active perseverance in the face of mission and environmental challenges constitute the core of the Quran-based self-control culture model in military personnel. This model can be a basis for designing individual and organizational development programs in the military forces.
