Analysis of Quranic indicators of Imam Khamenei's management in the armed forces

During several decades of Imam Khamenei's leadership as Supreme Leader and Commander-in-Chief, one of his outstanding features has been the establishment of powerful armed forces to protect national and regional interests. And there is no doubt that this great success is the product of the intellectual foundations of the Most High, which is rooted in the Holy Quran. Therefore, by examining the Quranic principles of his management in the armed forces, it is possible to determine the difference between the principles of management and command based on the text of the Quran and religious teachings with the common management in the training of human resources. Based on this, the purpose of the present research is to investigate and analyze the "Qur'anic indicators of Imam Khamenei's management in the armed forces". The research method of the current study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. The collection of information for the present research was in the form of a library and the study of documents. The findings of the research show that command and management based on the Quran, in today's complex era, according to indicators such as faith and righteous action, active deterrence, asymmetric combat, aristocracy in command, the active presence of clerics in the armed forces, and the value of martyrdom on the way God, relying on the spiritual power and the presence of the people, which are all manifestations of the order of the Holy Quran based on the faith and efficiency of managers and..
