Increasing the job satisfaction of the employees of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to help the trustees to make policies in the field of job satisfaction of AJA employees by identifying and prioritizing ways to improve it. This research is applied in terms of purpose, inductive in terms of approach, mixed in terms of data type, and descriptive-analytical in terms of research method. With library studies, solutions to increase job satisfaction were collected and given to 20 management science experts (who were selected in a purposeful and judgmental way) and by using the Delphi tool in three rounds, they were asked to confirm or reject the solutions. Identified, provide their proposed solutions as well. In the following (in order to prioritize the solutions) by designing a questionnaire, the approved solutions were given to 20 of the same experts and finally the solutions were prioritized. Based on the final results of the research, solutions to increase salaries and benefits, moral leadership style of commanders, favorable organizational climate, living conditions, reward system design, organizational justice, work group spirit, support and respect for hierarchy, equal job opportunities, meritocracy, etc. are the highest priority have earned.
