Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the structures affecting the service motivation of employees of government organizations and to determine the importance of these factors at the level of the political ideological organization AJA. This study is a mixed study in terms of its applied purpose, a research approach, and a descriptive method. The statistical population of the study was 10 experts in the first part and 460 employees in the second part. After conducting library studies and receiving suggestions from experts, the structures affecting employees' service motivation were identified using the Delphi (fuzzy-gray) technique. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha and its validity was confirmed with content validity and convergent validity. In order to identify the level of importance of each of the main structures, the weighting technique of multiple and single-factor over-standard evaluation methods (ESO) and the criterion importance technique based on internal correlation (CRITIC) were used. The results showed that the factors affecting service motivation in the AJA political ideological organization include 14 latent variables: organizational protection and attachment, hope and confidence, feeling of being active and valuable, optimism in employee relations, organizational justice, incentives and punishments, ethical leadership, job stability and job turnover, sense of responsibility, monitoring and evaluation, job promotion, acquiring skills at work, peace in the service environment, and external acceptance, along with 50 observable variables. In the following, the results of examining the level of importance of the main constructs showed that the components of peace in the service environment, job promotion, acquiring skills at work, job stability and job turnover, as well as incentives and punishments are of higher importance, respectively.
