Indicators of the Ideal Organization of the Armed Forces in Imam Khamenei's Quranic Thoughts

Organization, as one of the main pillars of management, plays a pivotal role, especially in complex entities such as armed forces. This study aims to identify and analyze the indicators of optimal organization in the armed forces based on the Quranic thoughts of Imam Khamenei. Using a descriptive-analytical method and drawing on Quranic verses, interpretations, and the statements of Imam Khamenei, the research explores and examines the topic. The findings indicate that optimal organization in the armed forces, according to the Quranic thoughts of Imam Khamenei, is based on indicators such as monotheism, spirituality, expertise, leadership, obedience, justice, consultation, responsibility, spiritual discipline, and empathy. Imam Khamenei emphasizes the importance of spirituality in the armed forces and the necessity of establishing an organization rooted in Islamic values and capable of defending the revolution and the system. Additionally, he strongly advocates for the integration of knowledge and spirituality, innovation, and revolutionary spirit in the organization of the armed forces. The Sacred Defense is also presented as a successful model of organization and management in the armed forces, serving as a suitable framework for realizing the mentioned indicators, which Imam Khamenei has frequently highlighted. The results demonstrate that achieving the indicators of optimal organization based on Quranic teachings, in addition to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the armed forces, leads to the establishment of a robust, flexible organization grounded in Islamic values.
